He has experience working in the commercial sector, especially in the hospitality industry. He is skilled in Solution Based Assessments, Indoor Air Quality Consulting, Building Maintenance Consulting, Technical Sales & Training, Communication, and Business Development. 3.) Louis Adams – Louis is a NORMI trainer, NORMI course developer, and product designer. He has been in the cleaning and restoration industry since 1983 as an IICRC Master Water Restorer, Master Smoke and Fire Restorer, and Master Textile Cleaner. Over the last 10 years, he has run his own restoration company and restoration consulting firm.

4.) Steve Hergott – Steve is a NORMI course developer and the author of Healthy Harmless Home, which focuses on HVAC solutions to indoor air quality problems. He has been an HVAC Sales Engineer for 40+ years in the Northeast and is a Certified IAQ/Mold Assessor (NORMI and ACAC). He owns an indoor air quality company.

5.) Lee Ann Billings – Lee Ann is the co-author of MOLD: The War Within, Lessons Learned from Katrina, a book on structural mold and the health effects of mold and chemical exposures. She has been an advocate for mold victims since 2005 with a passion for educating people on the health risks of mold exposure in home and work environments as well as in disaster areas.
